How to Cancel Your Castalk Subscription

You can cancel your Castalk subscription at any time through your app store. Please follow the instructions below according to your device.

■ If you're using an iPhone (registered via Apple)

Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
Tap your name at the top (Apple ID).
Select Subscriptions.
Tap Castalk.
Tap Cancel Subscription and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.

※Please note: Since billing is managed by the App Store, you cannot cancel your subscription directly from within the Castalk app.

■ If you're using an Android device (registered via Google)

Open the Google Play Store.
Tap your profile icon in the top right corner.
Go to Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions.
Select Castalk.
Tap Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts to complete the process.

※Please note: Subscriptions via Google Play cannot be canceled from within the Castalk app either.

A. No. You will still be able to use premium features until the end of your current billing period.
