How to Cancel Your Castalk Subscription
You can cancel your Castalk subscription at any time through your app store. Please follow the instructions below according to your device.
■ If you're using an iPhone (registered via Apple)
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
- Tap your name at the top (Apple ID).
- Select Subscriptions.
- Tap Castalk.
- Tap Cancel Subscription and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the process.
※Please note: Since billing is managed by the App Store, you cannot cancel your subscription directly from within the Castalk app.
■ If you're using an Android device (registered via Google)
- Open the Google Play Store.
- Tap your profile icon in the top right corner.
- Go to Payments & Subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Select Castalk.
- Tap Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts to complete the process.
※Please note: Subscriptions via Google Play cannot be canceled from within the Castalk app either.
